LANTA held a public meeting on March 21st, 2025 to discuss our upcoming June Service Changes. The public meeting was held in person and virtually. The meeting recording is embedded above, and a direct link is available below. Service Changes were discussed in the following areas:

 

Whitehall/Allentown Comprehensive Service Reorganization

  • Routes affected: Green Line, 103, 209, 210, 211, 319, 325, 504, 505, 603
  • Service adjustments in response to Lehigh Valley Mall Bus Stop Relocation Project & Whitehall Area Survey results.
  • New service to Whitehall Coplay School District.
  • New EBS Green Line Stops.
  • Faster Service to Whitehall Central (Walmart).
  • More frequent service to Grape Street & MacArthur Towne Centre.
  • New Route 101 with increased frequencies in Southside.
  • New Routes 403 & 409. Routes 504, 505, and 603 Cancelled.

West Valley Service Adjustments

  • Routes affected: Blue Line, 102, 104, 218, 322, 503, 508, 613
  • Improved frequencies to Fogelsville.
  • Service returned to Allentown Comprehensive Treatment Center.
  • Improved frequencies on Hamilton Blvd.
  • More direct service from Lehigh Valley Hospital to Allentown.
  • Route 503 & 508 Cancelled.

Fountain Hill

  • Routes affected: 103, 108, 323, 327, 601
  • On-time performance and service adjustments.
  • Increase frequencies on NEW Route 101.
  • Realignment of Route 108 & Removal of Route 327 from Fountain Hill.

Easton Area

  • Routes affected: 106, 214, 216, 217, 312, 507
  • Alignment and service adjustments in Nazareth to improve connections.
  • Increased service to College Hill.
  • Improve connections at Northampton Crossing.
  • Increased speed of service to Amazon & Van Buren.
  • More direct service between Northampton Crossings and William Penn P&R.
  • Route 507 Cancelled.
