DBE GOAL FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2023-2025
The Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority (LANTA) hereby announces its proposed Federal Fiscal Years 2020 through 2022 goal of (7.0%) percent for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation. A description of the goal and how it was determined is available for review during normal business hours, for 30 calendar days following the date of this notice by contacting Sharon Haupt, Compliance Coordinator, LANTA, 1060 Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA 18103, 610-435-5693.
Written comments on the goals may be submitted until July 23, 2022.
Interested DBE firms are encouraged to register in LANTA’s vendor database.

DBE GOAL FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2020-2022
The Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority (LANTA) has established a DBE participation goal of 4.7% of applicable Federal Transit Administration grant funds for Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2022. The methodology for determining this goal is described in this PDF document.
Current Program Information
The Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority (LANTA) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. LANTA has received Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation, and as a condition of receiving this assistance, LANTA has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26.
