ValleyRide: A Smarter Way to Pay – Lowest Fare – Zero Hassle
ValleyRide is LANTA’s new fare payment system that makes it easier and more flexible to ride. Whether you’re using your smartphone or a smart card, ValleyRide offers a faster way to pay — and guarantees the best deal with fare capping.
How It Works
Pay As You Go. Never Overpay.
ValleyRide is account-based, which means you load money onto your account, and the fare system deducts value each time you ride.
- No need to buy a pass ahead of time
- Just tap your card or app and ride
- The system keeps track and gives you the best fare automatically
Fare Capping
What Is Fare Capping?
Fare Capping ensures you always get the lowest fare available — without needing to plan ahead.
Example: If you make enough trips in one day to reach the price of a Day Pass, the system will cap your spending at that amount. You won’t pay more than necessary.
- 3-Hour Pass: $2.00
- Day Pass: $4.00
- 31-Day Pass: $60.00
