What is the Goal?
The goal of the C.O.A is to identify conditions to help improve ridership, customer experience and on time performance and bus stop locations. This is through means of possible adjustments to running times, departure times/locations, transfer times, and stop spacing to improve schedule adherence and customer satisfaction. LANTA seeks to explore all services, which includes LANtaFlex and LANtaBus.
